Construction 1:The main farmhouse
It is a historic villa whose date of construction can be dated to the year 1600 thanks to a date inscribed on a tile in the attic of the property.
The most important reform was carried out in 1912 by one of Lluís Domenèch i Montaner's disciples, Juli Batllevell, who collaborated with Antoni Gaudí in works such as Casa Calvet and Parque Güell where he built Casa Trias, a work that he shares architectural similarities in its façade with the one we present to you.
In this reform, the property was endowed with a modernist-style structure, mainly on its façade and on the ground floor inside the farmhouse.
Undoubtedly, it is a property with great historical and architectural value that today is in an excellent state of conservation thanks to the family that currently owns it.
